I have been drifting away… So away from everyone I once knew, try as I might, its hard to reconnect. If I could just have a day with everyone I knew and taught me how to be me, what a great day it would be.

So let’s replay the moments one by one.

365-antifearverses:

In that place between wakefulness and dreams, I found myself in the room. There were no distinguishing features save for the one wall covered with small index-card files. They were like the ones in libraries that list titles by author or subject in alphabetical order. But these files, which…

Fact About Me

I rub my tummy to fall asleep. :D

ssshhh…

I’m going to sleep. <yawn>

God bless you all in this beautiful morning.

#Fact About Me

We bend. I bend to sweep crumbs and I bend to wipe vomit and I bend to pick up little ones and wipe away tears… And at the end of these days I bend next to the bed and I ask only that I could bend more, bend lower. Because I serve a Savior who came to be a servant. He lived bent low. And bent down here is where I see His face. He lived, only to die. Could I? Die to self and just break open for love. This Savior, His one purpose to spend Himself on behalf of messy us. Will I spend myself on behalf of those in front of me? And people say, “Don’t you get tired?” and yes, I do. But I’m face to face with Jesus in the dirt, and the more I bend the harder and better and fuller this life gets. And sure, we are tired, but oh we are happy. Because bent down low is where we find fullness of Joy.

the returning: Love Song ›

theoldnewchurch:

I was in a relationship for a long time in high school. January of my freshman year to November of my senior year. I was completely in love.

As a musician one of the ways I express love is by writing music. I wrote this girl a lot of songs. Songs about how beautiful she was, how amazing she was,…

spiritualinspiration:

“God is always on the alert, constantly on the lookout for people who are totally committed to Him” (II Chronicles 16:9, The Message).
God is looking for people who have a heart toward Him! Notice this verse doesn´t say, “God is looking for people who have perfect performance records, who never make mistakes.” No, God knows we are a work in progress. He is looking at our hearts. He knows we are going to make mistakes and fall down, but He also knows we are going to get back up and make the right choices. That´s having a heart toward Him—being committed that no matter how many times you fall, you are going to get back up and press forward toward the things of God. You´re not going to quit, you´re not going to give up, hold back, or lay down. You are going to rise up because you see His hand outstretched before you ready to help you move forward.
Remember, God is on the lookout for you today. He´s longing to be good to those who are seeking His goodness. Keep your heart turned toward Him and allow Him to strengthen and empower you to rise above every obstacle and live in victory in every area of your life!

Don’t ever get stuck in the past when God’s leading you into the future. Don’t ever think that somethings so great that you can’t let go of it and let God give you something else.

spiritualinspiration:

In Mark chapter five, there was a woman who had been sick for twelve years. The doctors gave her no hope. But she heard that Jesus was passing through her town. Something deep down on the inside was saying, “This is your season. This is your time to get well.” In the natural, when she saw all the people around Him, she thought, “I’ll never get to Him. It’s so crowded and I’m weak.” She almost missed her season. But instead of dwelling on those negative thoughts, instead of looking at her situation, she started reminding herself, “If I can just get to Jesus, I will be whole.” She made the choice to turn her thoughts in the right direction and was empowered to take a leap of faith. She pressed through the crowd until she got just close enough to touch the edge of Jesus’ robe. Instantly, she was made whole.Jesus said in Mark 5:34, “Daughter, your faith has made you well.” Notice it’s our faith that activates God’s power. We have to press through our thoughts, press through our circumstances, press through the crowd and obstacles until we touch Him.Today, with every step you take, God is drawing closer to you. He’ll meet your faith with His miraculous power so you can embrace the victory He has waiting for you!
